In order to get registered in the database of carriers of LINK Sp. z o.o., please send us the copies of documents listed below via e-mail at spedycja@link.waw.pl or via fax - number 022 769 69 69 and complete the online form:

• Entry in the Register of the Commercial Court/ National Court Register or the Register of Entrepreneurs,
• A confirmation of issue of REGON statistical identification number,
• A confirmation of issue of NIP tax identification number,
• A current insurance policy for civil liability insurance of the carrier,
• A license for rendering services in international (or, alternatively, domestic) transport
